Earlybird rates are offered from August 20 to October 21, 2024.
What is included with registration?
Registration rate covers attendance fee to all sessions and conference program.
All the fees include 10% Japan VAT.

Refunds/Cancellations
If you are unable to attend and require a refund, the ACSEL2024 charges 10% of the registration fee.
After November 13, 2024, no refunds will be issued for cancellations of any type, including no-shows. Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to another person until Nobemebr 22, 2024 without incurring a cancellation charge.
