What is included with registration?

Registration rate covers attendance fee to all sessions and conference program.

* Economy rate will NOT use on line reservation site provided ACSEL2018.
** Short course rate registrants can attend the conference on the first day of the conference, November 21, 2018 and will NOT use on line reservation site provided ACSEL2018. (DAIKANKYO Japan member only).

Refunds/Cancellations

If you are unable to attend and require a refund, the ACSEL2018 charges 10% of the registration fee for all registration categories.
After November 16, 2018, no refunds will be issued for cancellations of any type, including no-shows. Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to another person until November 20, 2018 without incurring a cancellation charge.
